Looks like someone is trying to get a class-action lawsuit going against Microsoft for WGA. The suit alleges it violates spyware laws. That's most likely because it contacts Microsoft daily. It will be interesting to see how this one turns out!

Looks like Microsoft put out another version of WGA (Windows Genuine Advantage). What the Advantage is, I don't know. However, there is rumors that it might start disabling copies of Windows that it deems pirated. Unfortunately, that's only going to affect people that are unlucky and get misidentified. Let's be ...
