But apparently you can’t even promote it now. According to this article on NWsource.com a Bellingham man got a cease and desist letter from the state for his site http://integritycasinoguide.com. I think the new law prohibiting online gambling is absolutely ridiculous in the first place, and I’m quite confident that it’s a result of the HUNDREDS of real casinos losing money. But to take action against a website that offers no actual gambling? Hello first amendment rights?

What’s next? No home poker games? Probably.
