Huh?? Why are we warning heroin users that there is shipments of heroin tainted with fentanyl? Here’s an idea, let them find out themselves! It’s already illegal to do heroin so people shouldn’t need to be warned. If they are going to do it, they know the risks. Newsflash: regular ole heroin can kill you too!
